Dr. Ken Haberman is a board-certified, fellowship-trained urologist, and urologic surgeon. Having grown up in Texas, he came to the Pacific Northwest for graduate training at the University of Washington, and lovingly adopted the region for all it has to offer. He returned to the area after achieving advanced training in the management of urologic cancers and the use of the da
Vinci robotic surgical system through fellowship training at the City of Hope Cancer Center (a National Cancer Institute Comprehensive Cancer Center and one of the busiest robotic urology centers in the country). In 2013, he joined Surgical Associates Northwest Urology and brings a philosophy of listening and education to his practice.
He has interest and training in a broad range of urologic conditions, ranging from cancers of the prostate, kidney, and bladder to benign conditions, including kidney stones, erectile dysfunction, BPH (enlarged prostate), and other problems with urination. He understands being a physician is more than just using the latest technology and medications, and feels it is important to help his patients understand their disease. When needed, he employs the latest and least invasive surgical techniques, including use of the da
Vinci surgical robot; microwave, laser, and button electrovaporization of the prostate; along with shockwave, laser, and percutaneous management of kidney stones.
Dr. Haberman is excited to be back in the Northwest with his wife and daughters. They enjoy hiking, camping, and taking advantage of the region's numerous offerings.
Dr. Haberman is certified by the American Board of Urology.
